We hope you'll be a part of our family, some information on how to begin ...
How do I become a member of North Central? What does it mean to be a member? What are the benefits of membership? What are the responsibilities? How does North Central “do church”? Why does North Central do things the way it does? How is North Central organized and what are its ministries? What are North Central’s core beliefs? How do I become a Christian? What is North Central’s mission and how does it go about fulfilling it? How does North Central help connect me into the life and fellowship of the congregation? How does North Central help me to grow and mature as a Christian? How does North Central help me find a place to serve in ministry?
As the above questions indicate, deciding on a church home can be very challenging. In a very real sense, the congregation you choose to join becomes family. At North Central, we want to provide you all the information we can to help you make a wise decision about membership. We have developed a special class, available once each month, for prospective members which will answer all of the above questions. The class is called DISCOVERING NORTH CENTRAL. All adults interested in membership should plan to attend DISCOVERING NORTH CENTRAL. The class is taught by North Central’s elders and is presented in a single session approximately three hours in length on the third Sunday each month. This class includes lunch. Child care is provided. Although the class is specifically designed for prospective new members, existing members are encouraged to take the class as well.
