Ministry Support Services at North Central are dedicated to providing ministries and ministry leaders support and education to increase their effectiveness. Working closely with the Administrative Minister, Ministry Support Services can provide ministry implementation and development assistance and mentor ministry leaders. The group is also responsible for assisting members and prospective members as they look at their interests—identifying spiritual gifts and choosing areas of ministry that are the best fit. The Ministry Support Services group also works with ministry leaders and members to integrate the member into the chosen ministry.

We serve existing ministries and their ministry leaders by providing contacts with new members, training resources, planning, development, support and encouragement. In the future, we hope to provide more focused support for ministry leader development.
